Mama is very polite and was seized for lack of care from her owner. She was seized along with Papa and eight puppies. They had all been left to survive on their own and Mama nursed the puppies until she herself was very thin and frail. We have gotten Mama, Papa, and the babies are all very healthy now and we got the babies adopted out through a rescue. So as usual we are left with the Mama and Papa who really deserve to go to a good home after the hard life they have had. Mama is very friendly to dogs,cats, and people. We do require that approved adopters come to the shelter to pick up their new pet, so be sure you are able to make the drive before contacting us.
